Cancellation Policy

By doing so, you also affirm that you understand that coaching is not intended to treat or cure any mental illness and is not mental health care. You affirm that you know growth requires real effort and actions on your part, so Jamie Knapp and Illuminate Mentoring cannot guarantee your results. We're not in the business of taking your agency away. Progress also takes consistent effort and determination to make it to the goal (not just 98% of the way), so coaching is sold as a package and is not refundable in whole or in-part. One of the biggest enemies to progress is self-sabotage. Rescheduling appointments will only slow you down, so we strongly encourage you to keep your appointments at a regularly scheduled weekly or bi-weekly time. If you do have a conflict, appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance if another time slot is available up to two times per coaching package. However, emergencies do happen, so we will do our best to work with you in such cases. All appointments must be held within the policy time period or remaining appointments will be forfeited.
